Terms
The terms that will govern use of the Minkoti Business Concierge platform, once confirmed.
This page states scope and intent only. It is not yet reviewed or approved legal documentation and creates no binding terms. Final wording is confirmed under the regulatory and policy workstream before public launch.
Assisted booking model
Minkoti Business Concierge operates on an assisted booking model. A request submitted through this platform is reviewed by a Minkoti consultant, who prepares options through contracted supplier or agent relationships. No flight, hotel or transport is booked automatically, and no payment is taken at the point a request is submitted.
Fees and pricing
Where a quote includes a Minkoti service fee, it is shown separately from supplier cost and taxes before any acceptance is requested. No saving or discount is stated unless it can be substantiated against a comparable fare or rate.
Who these terms will bind
The final terms will apply to any person or organisation that submits a trip request, holds a Minkoti account, or is booked as a traveller under a corporate or delegation account.
What is not yet covered
Direct self-service booking, automated ticket issuance and live supplier search are not part of the current build. Terms covering those capabilities will be published only once they exist and have been through legal review.
