Booking Conditions
How a trip request is expected to move from request, to quote, to confirmed booking.
This page states scope and intent only. It is not yet reviewed or approved legal documentation and creates no binding terms. Final wording is confirmed under the regulatory and policy workstream before public launch.
Requests are not bookings
Submitting a trip request, or a flight, hotel or delegation enquiry through this platform, does not create a reservation. A consultant reviews the request and returns one or more priced options.
Quotes expire
Every quote will show fare conditions, an expiry time and a total price broken into supplier cost, Minkoti service fee and taxes. A quote that has expired must be re-priced before it can be accepted.
When a booking is confirmed
A booking is only confirmed once payment or an approved corporate credit arrangement is in place and a supplier confirmation has been recorded against the booking. Until then, a booking's status will be visible and will never be shown as confirmed prematurely.
Changes after confirmation
Change, cancellation and refund conditions vary by supplier and fare type and will be disclosed before a quote is accepted, not only after a change is requested.
