How Minkoti Business Concierge intends to collect, use and protect personal and travel information.

This page states scope and intent only. It is not yet reviewed or approved legal documentation and creates no binding terms. Final wording is confirmed under the regulatory and policy workstream before public launch.

Data protection registration

Minkoti Group is registered with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner of Kenya and operates in full compliance with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019. Our European operations, conducted through Minkoti Agencies Europe OÜ, are conducted in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union.

What is collected

Trip requests capture contact details, travel dates, purpose and service preferences. A traveller profile, once accounts exist, may also hold passport details, visa status and accessibility or dietary requirements, held in a more restricted area than general profile information.

Consent before sharing

Minkoti Business Concierge and Minkoti Capital & Trade remain separate divisions. Travel or meeting information is not shared with Capital & Trade, or used to generate a commercial introduction, without explicit, recorded consent from the person concerned.

Who can access a traveller's information

Access is intended to be limited to the traveller, anyone the traveller has explicitly authorised to act for them, the Minkoti consultant assigned to their trip, and finance or compliance staff where an operational reason requires it.

Retention and rejected applications

A data retention and deletion policy, including for information collected but not carried through to a confirmed trip, will be published before any personal data is collected from members of the public at scale.

Questions about this policy can be directed to the Minkoti support team.
